Garden City Mazda is expanding its Business Development Center to support internet sales and customer service for vehicle shoppers online and by phone. You will schedule appointments for customers to meet the sales team and ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend product and sales training.

• Schedule multiple appointments per day for customers to visit the dealership.
