Job Description

Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone, schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team, and more.

• Averages $30 per hour! Start, while training, at $15 per hour and transition to a profitable commission structure of $5,000 to $7,000+ per month after approximately 30 days!

Responsibilities

• Assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone for seven Tameron locations! No cold calls.
• Schedule appointments for customers to meet with the dealership's sales team.
• Manage incoming phone calls, internet inquiries, and chat responses via lead CRM platform.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and text and provide a great customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to learn new techniques and best practices in the industry.
