• Responds to internet leads and gathers vehicle details and customer goals.
• Mines the customer database for new opportunities and follows up by email, phone or text.
• Identifies and qualifies business opportunities and schedules dealership visits.

• Responds to customer requests from the Internet lead system and gathers information from the customer about the make, type, and quality of vehicle desired; trade in details; customer’s goals.
• Mines existing customer database for new or additional interest and contacts such customers via email, phone and text messages.

• Schedules appointments with customers to visit the dealership for meetings with a salesperson.
• Follows up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
