• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls per script and schedule sales appointments.
• Log all customer comments and information; schedule follow-up if no appointment.
• Follow up with Sales to determine appointment outcomes and keep leads consistent.
• Manage leads and appointments in the BDC tracker; reschedule no-show appointments.
• Generate and send letters, postcards, and emails to trigger follow-up reminders.
