Job summary

Sunrise Buick GMC at Wolfchase is seeking a BDC Manager to lead the BDC team, optimize follow-up processes, and manage phone and internet traffic to maximize lead conversion.

The ideal candidate has strong people-management skills, a proven track record of coaching teams, and a detail-oriented, self-starting attitude. A high school diploma is required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience as an automotive internet/BDC manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage BDC team members.
• Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate.
• Ability to multi-task to manage phone & internet traffic.
• Manage assignment of leads to the appropriate team members to optimize results.
• Train team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills.
• Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate figures and amounts such as commissions and percentages.
• Other duties as assigned.
