Job summary

Palmen Motors Kenosha Campus is seeking a Business Development Center Manager to ensure inquiries online and via phone or chat are handled with a great customer experience. This role requires acting as an expert on all parts of the business and delivering information clearly and efficiently, reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a dealership BDC, and management experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in a dealership BDC
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
• Organized, positive, hardworking and friendly personality
• Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
• Team orientated
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial sales information
