Palmen GM in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Business Development Center Manager to ensure a superior online inquiry experience and help customers find what they need. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of dealership BDC experience; management experience is highly preferred.

You will lead as the expert across the business to deliver information clearly and efficiently, supporting sales and customer satisfaction. This role is on site at Palmen GM with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in a dealership BDC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required.
• Organized, positive, hardworking and friendly personality.
• Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve.
• Team orientated.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial sales information.
