Raceway Chevrolet in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Associate to manage customer inquiries and leads. You will qualify prospects, schedule test drives, and collaborate with Sales to move leads to showroom visits.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, accurate CRM maintenance, and meeting lead-conversion goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably automotive.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRM systems and dealership software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, texts, emails, and internet leads promptly.
• Qualify leads, answer basic vehicle/financing questions, and schedule appointments.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on unsold or inactive leads.
• Coordinate with Sales to transition leads to showroom visits.
• Build customer relationships and pursue lead/appointment/conversion targets.
• Participate in training and adhere to dealership policies and privacy requirements.
