Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is launching a paid 8-week Sales Academy for ambitious recent graduates to learn B2B sales and build a foundation for a career in sales. You’ll train, practice, and prospect with live client accounts, earning commissions on meetings booked and completed.

Upon completion, you’ll be prepared for a full-time Business Development Representative role. Cohorts start January 2027 and June 2027 in the US; salary is $25/hour base with additional incentives and prizes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a senior Account Manager to identify target accounts and turn prospecting outreach into real deals with uncapped commissions.
• Apply proven sales techniques in live client conversations, from first contact to qualifying the opportunity.
• Grow along a defined career path, from Business Development Associate to Business Development Representative to Account Manager and beyond.
