HappyGlobal Service is seeking a 360° Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on Business Development to lead both client development and recruitment delivery in the US market.

You will independently manage the full BD cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiations—while collaborating with the TA team to source, screen, and present candidates and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or B2B sales.
• Fluent in Chinese and English for business communications.
• Experience in US market business development or a US client network is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client development and BD activities.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: from client needs analysis to candidate delivery and onboarding.
• Coordinate with TA and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
• Conduct candidate searches, screen applicants, and present qualified profiles to clients.
• Maintain client relationships and monitor BD metrics to optimize performance.
