This role will involve building a high-performing recruitment practice, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and establishing new client relationships. Candidates should have 1+ years experience in recruitment, ideally within tech sectors. You will receive substantial support, including innovative tools and an energetic NYC office environment. • 1+ years of recruitment experience in Tech or GTM.
• Proven billing success is a bonus.
• Confident in managing key accounts and developing business.

Senior Recruitment Consultant – Tech & GTM Recruitment

Talent is growing fast across the US, and we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to expand our presence in the Technology & Go-To-Market (GTM) space. This is a true 360° opportunity, ideal for someone who loves winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and placing top-tier talent across high-growth tech companies.

About the Role

As a senior member of our NYC team, you will focus on driving growth in one, or a combination of, IT, Cloud, Software Engineering, Product, and GTM roles (Sales, CS, RevOps, etc.).

You will:

• Build and scale a high-performing Tech & GTM recruitment practice
• Own a 360° desk across contract, freelance, and permanent hiring
• Develop and execute a business plan targeting high-growth tech companies
• Lead strategic business development and new client acquisition
• Expand and deepen relationships with existing enterprise and scale-up clients
• Represent Talent’s global service offerings and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Partner closely with the Practice Lead & CEO on US expansion strategy
• Collaborate with a high-performing team of experienced recruiters (“franchise players”)
