Job summary

Happy Global is seeking a motivated 360° Recruitment Consultant to join our San Francisco Bay Area team. This Business Development–driven role combines client acquisition with full recruitment delivery across diverse sectors, including tech, AI, and manufacturing.

The candidate will own the lifecycle from prospecting and partnerships to talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding while expanding cross-border hiring between China and the U.S.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Chinese with professional client and candidate communication.
• 2+ years in executive search, staffing, RPO, HR services, B2B sales, or related field.
• Experience developing clients in the U.S. market or strong U.S. network preferred.
• Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, and relationship building.
• Comfort with proactive outreach (cold calls, LinkedIn, email, in-person networking).
• Understanding of sourcing, screening, and recruitment processes; delivery management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospective U.S. clients, especially expanding teams and hiring.
• Lead business development through LinkedIn, emails, calls, events, and referrals.
• Manage a structured client pipeline and negotiate recruitment partnerships.
• Translate client requirements into effective search plans and candidate profiles.
• Conduct talent mapping, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery and onboarding support.
• Provide market insights on compensation, availability, and trends.
