Elite Rent A Car in Houston, TX seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our Personal Injury (PI) law-firm partnerships. This full-time, in-person role travels across Houston and surrounding areas to connect with firms and onboarding new accounts.

You will identify targets, present service models, and build lasting relationships to drive approved partnerships and sustained growth. A proven BD background and PI industry contacts are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or outside sales.
• Experience with personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage own schedule and deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to travel throughout Houston area.

Responsabilités

• Identify and connect with personal injury law firms throughout Greater Houston.
• Visit attorneys, office managers, and intake teams to introduce the program and build relationships.
• Explain the three service models and help each firm find the right fit.
• Turn introductions into active accounts through consistent follow-up and onboarding.
• Attend relevant networking events and industry meetings.
• Work with operations to ensure reliable service for new partners.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track meetings, new accounts, and growth.
