Job summary

Elite Rent A Car in Houston, TX seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our Personal Injury (PI) law-firm partnerships. This full-time, in-person role travels across Houston and surrounding areas to connect with firms and onboarding new accounts.

You will identify targets, present service models, and build lasting relationships to drive approved partnerships and sustained growth. A proven BD background and PI industry contacts are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or outside sales.
• Experience with personal injury law firms is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage own schedule and deliver measurable results.
• Willingness to travel throughout Houston area.

Responsibilities

Full-time | $80,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience

In-person role with regular travel throughout Houston and surrounding areas

Elite Rent a Car is looking for an experienced relationship builder to grow our partnerships with personal injury law firms.

Our Elite PI Program helps law firms get their clients into rental vehicles through flexible rental requirements, convenient transportation options, and vehicles staged directly at participating firms. We have longstanding relationships in the legal community and are ready to expand.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with personal injury law firms throughout Greater Houston.
• Visit attorneys, office managers, and intake teams to introduce our program and build relationships.
• Explain our three service models and help each firm find the right fit.
• Turn introductions into active accounts through consistent follow-up and hands-on onboarding.
• Attend relevant networking events and industry meetings.
• Work with our operations team to ensure new partners receive reliable service.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and track meetings, new accounts, and account growth.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven success in business development, outside sales, or professional relationship management.
• Experience working with personal injury law firms strongly preferred. An existing network of attorney and law-firm contacts is a major advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills.
• A professional, personable approach and the confidence to initiate conversations and earn trust.
• Someone who takes ownership, manages their schedule, and delivers measurable results.
• Ability to work in Houston and regularly drive to law firms throughout the surrounding areas.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
