Qualifications

• Experience in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Pre-litigation and litigation knowledge.
• Medical records and medical billing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters through pre-litigation and into litigation.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, provide updates and collect information.
• Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with providers and insurers.
• Prepare and organize demand letters and packages.
• Assist attorneys to ensure cases progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
• Electronically file pleadings and court documents; manage calendars.
