NPAworldwide is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney in Houston, TX to represent clients in personal injury and property damage matters. The attorney will meet with clients, assess claims, and pursue favorable resolutions while maintaining compassionate client care.

The role requires a J.D. degree, Texas Bar membership, and exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; independence and teamwork are valued in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

Position Summary

In this role, you will see that clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. In addition, you should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

• Full-time
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
• Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.
• Superb negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently in an office environment
• Team-oriented
