Kanner & Pintaluga, a leading law firm, seeks a Business Development Executive in Houston, TX. The role focuses on generating new referral sources for the Personal Injury Practice and coordinating community outreach events to boost brand awareness and referrals.

Cross-training to assist with Property Damage referrals may occur as needed. The position requires outside sales experience (3+ years), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience required, minimum of 3 years.
• High school/GED diploma required; Bachelor's degree in business or management preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively and deliver presentations.

Responsibilities

• Generate new referral sources for Personal Injury Practice Group through networking, luncheons, events, and more.
• Plan and coordinate seminars, lunch & learns, etc. within the community.
• Attend and act as a brand ambassador for the firm at larger events.
• Explore and communicate potential new opportunities for referral sources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
