Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a Business Development Executive to generate new referral sources for the Personal Injury Practice, especially auto body/collision centers, through events and outreach. You will also help retain property damage referrals when needed and cross-train as required by the Director of Marketing.

The role requires outside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong communication skills. Full-time position based in the Houston area with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Outside Sales experience required, minimum of 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or management preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to deliver presentations/Public speaking.
• Strong organizational skills and team orientation.
• CRM software experience (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate new referral sources for Personal Injury Practice Group through networking, luncheons, events, and more.
• Manage existing referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate seminars, lunch & learns, etc. within the community.
• Attend and act as a brand ambassador for the firm at larger events.
• Explore and communicate potential new opportunities for referral sources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
