Job summary

Boden Talent is partnering with a growing national facilities services organisation to recruit a Business Development Manager based in Phoenix, AZ. You will develop new business opportunities, target decision‑makers, and drive revenue growth through a consultative, relationship‑led sales approach.

We’re looking for at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, a track record of new business development, and knowledge of facilities management services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record in generating and closing new business.
• Experience selling facilities management or related services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound activity.
• Develop relationships with decision-makers across commercial clients.
• Generate leads via cold calling, networking, and market research.
• Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
