Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience in facilities management.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Experience selling facilities management solutions such as janitorial, maintenance, HVAC, or related services.
• Strong prospecting and lead-generation abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities through outbound sales.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers across commercial clients.
• Generate and qualify leads via cold calling, referrals, and market research.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
• Coordinate with operations to hand over new accounts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends and opportunities.
