Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager in the Phoenix area to drive new opportunities from initial outreach through qualified deals. You will own the sales process, prospect actively, and nurture relationships with decision-makers in facilities services.

The role offers a base salary of $85,000 with uncapped commissions, standard business hours, and a collaborative team environment designed to accelerate growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Proven success generating new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking and other prospecting methods.
• Strong ability to engage decision-makers and establish relationships.
• Experience with CRM and sales technology platforms; HubSpot/ZoomInfo a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and referrals.
• Research prospective customers and connect with key decision-makers to present services.
• Qualify leads and coordinate introductory meetings with prospects.
• Develop, maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales process.
• Conduct outbound activity to achieve sales and lead-generation goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Monitor activity and adjust strategies to maximize results.
