Job summary

Compleat Kidz is seeking a BCBA for a Full-Time, in-clinic role with remote flexibility in North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans while collaborating with families and clinicians. Flexible scheduling and a support-driven environment are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
