Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services, via its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Virginia to provide behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based ABA interventions.

You will work with individuals and families, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote progress and improved quality of life in Front Royal and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Experience applying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and programming.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for improving client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Deliver evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical reports.
• Provide staff training on behavioral programs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff; participate in performance reviews.
• Engage with caregivers to implement strategies at home.
