Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation, through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care affiliate, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral assessments, evidence-based interventions, and ongoing clinical support for individuals with ASD. You will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to tailor interventions and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA programming and behavioral interventions.
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative approach and passion for helping individuals achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to evaluate behavior, skills, and needs.
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment results and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine diagnostic and therapeutic approaches.
• Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Continuously monitor and adjust treatment plans to reflect progress and address emerging needs.
• Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.
• Collect and analyze data on behavior and progress to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare reports to track patient progress and communicate with stakeholders.
• Educate and support parents and caregivers in understanding ASD and implementing behavioral strategies at home.
• Work closely with other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to treatment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other direct support staff, providing training and feedback.
