Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Georgia clinical team in Douglasville. This full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for limited time and relocation assistance up to $15,000.

Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and supervising skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, guiding RBTs and caregivers, and conducting assessments to determine intervention needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
