Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment programs for children with autism. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000/year with a up-to $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support up to $15,000.

This full-time role includes supervision of RBTs and ongoing program development. Requirements include a Master's degree and active BCBA certification; licensure processing and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
