Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Woodstock-based team in Georgia. This full-time role offers a competitive salary between $95,000 and $120,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation assistance up to $15,000.

You will supervise RBTs and caregivers, design and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs, and contribute to a mission-driven organization focused on delivering high-quality autism care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
