Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will oversee RBT-implemented plans, conduct assessments, and support staff training to ensure high-quality care.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $95,000–$120,000, plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation up to $15,000, and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000, along with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Able to pass background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly
• Other typical BCBA activities
