Job summary
ABA Centers of Georgia is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Douglasville-based team. You will design and supervise ABA programs, conduct assessments, and guide RBTs toward certification while delivering high-quality care for children and families.

Qualifications
- Design, implement and monitor ABA programs for children with autism.
- Supervise RBTs and oversee program implementation.
- Conduct assessments to determine need for behavioral intervention.
- Willing to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
- Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
- Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
- Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
