The position offers a salary of $95,000–$120,000, relocation up to $15K, and a sign-on bonus up to $20K for a limited time, plus a comprehensive benefits package to support ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure before start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background/drug screening and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee program implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Other BCBA activities as needed.
