Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role. Salary ranges from $95,000 to $120,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000.

Relocation up to $15,000 is available. The BCBA will design and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, supervise RBTs and staff, and support families through assessments and data-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
