Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time work at our Forest Park location. The role offers a salary between $95,000 and $120,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and relocation up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate state licensure process prior to start date if required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
