Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise ABA programs for children and families. This full-time role offers a salary of $95,000–$120,000 with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for a limited time.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional assessments).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
