Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Douglasville, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead evidence-based interventions for children and families.

This full-time role offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000, a sign-on bonus up to $20,000, and relocation support up to $15,000.

You will design and supervise behavior-analytic programs, coordinate with RBTs, and mentor others pursuing BCBA certification, with extensive clinical support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
