Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Eagle, Idaho, is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its center-based program. We offer dedicated scheduling, operations, and clinical leadership support so BCBAs focus on client outcomes — not excessive non-clinical burdens.

Compensation includes base salary $78,000–$82,000 (DOE), plus retention bonus up to $5,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000; total earning potential can exceed $100,000 for top performers, with strong professional

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
