Opal Autism Centers in Eagle, Idaho seeks a Senior BCBA to lead clinical quality with sustainable caseloads and strong operational support. The role centers on evidence-based ABA, clinician growth, and collaborative care with families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification with BACB.
• BCBA for 3+ years to be eligible for senior level.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as BCBA with autism.
• CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for outcomes.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation per state, funder, and ethics.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings for long-term client success.
