Job summary

Opal Autism Centers is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a center-based, in-person team in Eagle, Idaho. The role focuses on sustainable workloads, strong operational support, and clinician growth, with a diverse compensation package and annual bonus opportunities.

You will work within a trauma-informed, learner-centered ABA model, supervising RBTs as needed, maintaining compliant documentation, and collaborating with families to achieve meaningful client

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity aligned with quality care and payer requirements.
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and modify protocols for individuals.
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration per medical necessity and payer expectations.
• Maintain timely, audit-ready clinical documentation in line with state, funder and ethical requirements.
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success.
