Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. You will deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and work with families to implement data-driven treatment plans.

The role offers a Monday–Friday full-time schedule with no weekends, a competitive benefits package, 401(k) with match, and opportunities to become licensed in CT and MA.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with current certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings and family consultations.
