Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Bridgeport, CT is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a small team and manage a moderate caseload within a patient-centered ABA program. This permanent, Monday–Friday role provides a competitive benefits package and strong support from a Clinical Manager.

The role offers a sign-on incentive up to $6,000 annually, with no weekends or late nights and a focus on quality 1:1 therapy for children and individuals with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior analysis, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet demanding physical and ergonomic requirements of the role.

Responsabilités

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families; interpret results and adapt treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff meetings with the team and families.
• Consult with families on concerns related to treatment and staff.
