Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bridgeport, CT to join our growing team. This permanent, full-time role supports supervising BTs/RBTs and delivering high‑quality 1:1 ABA services for children.

You will review data from sessions with staff and families, adjust treatment plans as needed, and consult with families on behavioral goals. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule, a small caseload, laptop, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents with various special needs.
• Proficient with ABA data collection and treatment planning.
• Proficient Office 365 (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families; modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Supervise by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns about treatment and staff.
