Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise our ABA teams in a pediatric setting. You will design treatment plans, monitor programs, and update progress while ensuring ethical, individualized care aligned with BACB guidelines.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and state licensure are required.
• Experience with ABA and behavior reduction preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct, lead & supervise behavior technicians.
• Oversee/monitor ABA programs and conduct assessments.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and ensure ethical programming.
• Coordinate caregiver training and collaboration sessions.
