Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee treatment plans and supervise staff across center and community settings in New Jersey. The role emphasizes ethical program design, caregiver training, and ongoing progress updates.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice (where applicable).
• Fingerprints and TB test prior to employment (where applicable).
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software; comfortable with MacOS.
• Knowledge of CentralReach and Tableau is a plus, with ability to learn company platforms.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet both hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment equaling 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training in clinic and home settings.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and oversee supervision hours.
• Design and monitor ABA programs and update progress reports.
• Oversee programming in center and community settings and ensure ethical, individualized treatment plans.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
