Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated BCBA to lead pediatric ABA programs at our New Jersey centers. You will design, implement, and supervise treatment plans, collaborate with families, and ensure ethical, individualized programming across center and community settings.

Responsibilities include overseeing staff, conducting assessments, and maintaining progress documentation, with a focus on growth and parent training. Centers operate weekdays with no travel required.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification and active licensure as applicable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with caregivers.
• Experience leading ABA programs and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Ensure 25 billable hours per week through hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment.
• Conduct parent training/caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Develop and monitor Treatment Plans and update progress reports.
• Oversee ABA programs, including initial and ongoing assessments.
• Supervise behavior technicians and manage RBT supervision hours.
