Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to lead clinical teams across multiple centers in New Jersey. The role focuses on supervision, program design, data-driven treatment plans, and collaboration with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D Certification is required.
• Licensure in states of practice where applicable.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB test prior to employment are required.
• Strong organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention, precision teaching, and behavior reduction preferred.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication with colleagues, direct reports, and caregivers.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adaptability to meet team needs across the organization.
• Proficiency with or willingness to learn the organization’s technology platforms including CentralReach and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets averaging 25 billable hours per week.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain relationships with parents and conduct caregiver training sessions (minimum 1 per client per month).
• Oversee programming for ethical, individualized client plans with appropriate oversight.
• Direct, lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBT hours.
• Keep up to date on research and best practices; apply as needed.
• Model and fill in for therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
• Assist with Initial Assessments and BACB supervision as needed.
