Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programs across our New Jersey centers. You will supervise behavior technicians, design and oversee Treatment Plans, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive outcomes.

Qualificações

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required and licensure in applicable states.
• Clinical experience in ABA, early intervention and supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Meet prescribed program goals and supervise behavior technicians.
• Design and oversee Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress and oversee ABA programs across settings.
• Lead caregiver training and collaboration with families.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and data integrity.
• Maintain licensure and stay current with BACB guidelines.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers within the community.
