Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The role focuses on meeting prescription fulfillment goals, supervising behavior technicians, and developing individualized treatment plans in center and community settings.

You will work with a collaborative team, participate in data-driven progress reporting, and stay current with best practices. Competitive salary of $85,000–$100,000 USD with comprehensive benefits, Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• Licensure in practicing states must be active.
• Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with data collection and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Achieve average of 25 billable hours per week across settings.
• Conduct caregiver training and collaborate with parents monthly.
• Prepare progress reports and update client programming.
• Oversee ABA programs in center and community settings.
• Supervise behavior technicians and BACB supervision hours.
• Maintain current knowledge of research and best practices.
• Model and provide therapy as needed and promote the center.
