Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality ABA therapy, leading approved treatment plans, and training caregivers in clinic and home settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCBA‑D Certification is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Clinical experience in early intervention and behavior reduction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Achieve 25 billable hours per week on average.
• Conduct parent/caregiver training and collaboration in clinic and home.
• Maintain relationships with parents and train caregivers monthly.
• Ensure ethical, individualized programming and oversee ABA plans.
• Oversee programming across center and community settings as applicable.
• Design and implement Treatment Plans for assigned clients.
• Update progress reports and monitor ABA programs.
• Lead and supervise behavior technicians and supervise RBTs.
• Stay current with research and best practices.
• Model and cover therapy as needed.
• Promote Bierman Autism Centers in the community.
