Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Massachusetts team. You will oversee ABA programs, design and monitor Treatment Plans, and collaborate with parents and clinicians in both clinic and home settings.

The role emphasizes ethical practice, data-driven decisions, and supervision of RBTs, with full-time hours Monday–Friday and comprehensive benefits. Join a mission-driven team improving outcomes for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or BCBA-D is required.
• Active licensure where applicable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet prescription fulfillment goals as assigned by Clinical Director.
• Meet hourly and monthly authorization fulfillment targets (avg 25 billable hours/week).
• Conduct parent training and caregiver collaboration in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain client programming with ethical, individualized treatment plans.
• Oversee ABA programs including supervision hours for RBTs.
