Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to lead clinical intervention for children with autism. You will collaborate with a multi-tiered clinical team and use innovative ABA methods to improve outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in client achievements.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and concerns.
• Train and orient the growing team of behavior technicians.
• Assist with physical activities and movement during sessions when needed.
