Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in New Jersey as full-time or part-time clinicians. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children on the autism spectrum, ensuring data-driven progress and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or status to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related disorders.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted ABA interventions that improve outcomes for children with autism.
• Track progress with clients as they acquire new skills and exhibit positive behaviors.
• Support families by discussing assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to advocate for clients.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and onboarding of the team.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions, including activities like standing, bending, lifting, running, and moving with children aged 2–15 years.
